Due to growth and internal promotion we’re excited to invite you to apply for this Customer Service role (no sales involved). We title this role "Customer Service Representative", with the position being based in Rowville.

We have a new position that forms an important part of our customer service team. The roles involve responding to enquiries from our own team members, and some from the public. Versatility and flexibility are required, as you move from phone-based support, to completing some operational administrative tasks too.

Two Positions available:

  • Full Time - Monday to Friday each week, with a 5.30pm finish time.  
  • Full Time - Tuesday to Saturday each week, with a 5.30pm finish time.  

Incoming enquiries can relate to all aspects of retail, trade, systems, promotions, and more. This is a fun, fast paced role, where you get to build rock solid relationships with stakeholders, as well as getting involved in a variety of process administration and continuous improvement initiatives.  With no two days the same, this is the perfect role for anyone looking to kickstart a career in an office bound role.
