The Opportunity:

GPC Asia Pacific is growing and we want YOU to come on board as our Marketing Brand Specialist. Reporting to the Marketing Brand Manager, YOU will provide brand strategy support and creative development for our brand in the Australian and New Zealand Markets.

Working across customer research, creative, and promotional planning, YOU will work closely with all Marketing channels, the Catalogue, Social Media, Media and Promotions teams ensuring all campaigns, advertising and communication channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and corporate comms are communicating appropriately to target customers, as well as contributing towards overarching brand health and customer satisfaction objectives.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Repco brand creative development support and delivery
  • Retail & Trade campaign creative development support and delivery
  • Maintaining agencies/vendors relationships
  • Supporting Rare Spares
  • Project Managing
  • Competitor tracking
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive the Repco Brand Customer Value Proposition
  • Ensuring brand positioning, quality and financial performance are aligned
  • Taking proactive action to ensure that OH&S practices and policies are in place to provide a safe environment for all team members, and adhere to legislative requirements, company expectations and other safety initiatives

About you:

  • 3-5 Years generalist or specialist marketing
  • Be passionate about living the company’s values
  • Strong project management skills and experience
  • Well-developed business acumen
  • Analytical thinker and planner; a proactive problem solver
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Driven to succeed
